The Chilly willy 5k race - 11 march 2007

The Chilly Willy 5k race took place on 11th March 2007 at Ferry Meadows in Peterborough. The race was organised by Jon Sheehan and Janine Nethercliffe and was the inaugural event for Action4menshealth.

Sixty-two runners took part on a fine, crisp March morning and the event was well supported by Wives, Girlfriends and families. There was in fact very much a family atmosphere.

The eventual winner crossed the line in just over 16 minutes to well deserved applause. The results of the race will be available here in due course.
